This case study explores how standardized documents can be effectively created and optimized on a changing data basis. A Large Language Model (LLM) is used in combination with various virtual assistants to continuously improve the content. The goal is to enhance the quality and consistency of the documents while reducing manual effort. By utilizing these technologies, companies can flexibly respond to changing data and still deliver high-quality, accurate documents.

Technical Setup

This case study explores the challenge of using a smaller Large Language Model (LLM) connected to a database containing all public subsidy programs in Germany. The goal was to demonstrate that such a system can not only work with subsidy programs but also seamlessly integrate with proprietary company data and be utilized in daily business operations.

Applications

This project demonstrates how documents can be easily created using multiple cooperating virtual assistants. By combining offline hosting with a proprietary database, documents can be customized even further. The automatic creation of presentations is also easily achievable, enhancing efficiency and personalization.
