Case Study: Offline Interaction with Subsidy Offers in Germany
Features:
Local LLM
Own Data
Chat Interface
This case study explores the challenge of using a smaller Large Language Model (LLM) connected to a database containing all public subsidy programs in Germany. The goal was to demonstrate that such a system can not only work with subsidy programs but also seamlessly integrate with proprietary company data and be utilized in daily business operations.
Applications
This project demonstrates that with some technical effort and appropriate hardware, corporate data and LLMs can be fully hosted locally in a short amount of time. In a corporate context, this system can be utilized in various areas. For example, customer inquiries about products can be automatically answered in advance, reducing the need for human intervention to a minimum. Employees can access information more quickly and easily internally, solving problems independently with fewer errors. The applications are nearly limitless.
